costume contest

Abilene Texas has an annual Children’s Art & Literary Festival that includes a costume contest. The festival celebrates an award winning illustrator. The costumes should be based on illustrations by the illustrator for that year. In 2021 my girls won 1st and 2nd place for their versions of Loren Long’s drawings.
