New Collection: Celestial Veils

I kicked off 2025 with an exhilarating burst of creativity! Just before Christmas, I sat down with my art business coach, and we agreed it was time to create a new collection for the upcoming submission deadlines early in the year. True to my nature, I dove in headfirst. In just three weeks, I completed 29 new pieces, adding them to 3 that had been previously finished. Yes, that’s 29 pieces in three weeks! Despite hosting family and navigating a round of illness at home during this time, I’m incredibly proud of what I accomplished. The collection has come together beautifully, and I’m thrilled with how it reflects my growth and creative energy.

Celestial Veils is a collection that feels familiar yet also gives a glimpse into another world—a space where light, texture, and color dance in harmony. Inspired by the ethereal beauty of transformation and connection, this series reflects my fascination with the delicate balance between the skies above and the transformative journey we all undergo. Just as the cosmos is in constant flux, so too are we, evolving with each passing moment, finding meaning in the shifting patterns and colors of our lives.

This collection represents not only a creative milestone but also a deeply personal exploration of renewal and possibility. With Celestial Veils, I hope to spark curiosity and wonder, encouraging others to embrace the beauty in transformation and the magic that lies just beyond the surface.
